Delivery and pickup services are chargeable and are outlined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). Please refer to your SLA for full details.
We do not offer delivery or pickup services on weekends. If vehicles are off-hired on a weekend, they will be collected on the next working day (Monday).
Not all instances of roadside assistance are covered by the rental agreement. Some situations may be chargeable to the customer. For specific details, please contact Phil Roderick.
